Served in U.S. Army in Korea. Newspaper experience: Pacific Stars and Stripes (Tokyo), Greensboro Daily News (N.C.), The Kansas City Star and The Milwaukee Journal. Cartoons syndicated to over 100 newspapers.Has been listed in Who's Who In America, Who's Who In American Graphic Arts,and is in the Wisconsin Media Hall of Fame. He has been featured in Newsweek Magazine and on CBS,NBC, National Public Television and Radio and BBC of London.

Hi Bill---You probably do no remember me, Jerome Bailey. I was a young copy kid at The Milwaukee Journal when you worked there. I eventually became full-time reporter. I used o sit in your office an discuss issues with you. My brother even visited you, because he was interested in drawing. I sure hope you are doing well. You were among my favorite people at the newspaper. Just an outstanding person, nice human being.
