Bill Sanders is a graduate of Pompano Beach High School and Western Kentucky University, where he set an NCAA passing record as quarterback of the football team and earned a BA in English. Served in U.S. Army in Korea. Newspaper experience: Pacific Stars and Stripes (Tokyo), Greensboro Daily News (N.C.), The Kansas City Star and The Milwaukee Journal. Cartoons syndicated to over 100 newspapers.Has been listed in Who's Who In America, Who's Who In American Graphic Arts,and is in the Wisconsin Media Hall of Fame. He has been featured in Newsweek Magazine and on CBS,NBC, National Public Television and Radio and BBC of London.
